Rates and Reunions

The Farm at Worthley Pond is an excellent setting for your next family reunion, corporate meeting, board meeting, planning session, or working on next years sales goals. It is also a nice spot for a wedding, class or reunion. The Farm at Worthley Pond offers you plenty of space to spread out and make the most of your time.

Rates quoted (except for Peak Season) are for groups up to 12 people and does not include the use of the loft with the third bathroom. Please add $500 for parties over 12 people (13-25) OR if you plan to use the loft with the third bathroom. Please add (optional)$100 hot tub fee, $100 heating fee for non-summer rentals, (optional) $50 sauna fee, (optional) $25 wireless fee, $250 refundable damage deposit and 7% Maine tax

Peak Season (Week of July 1st to 3rd week of August and New Year's week):......$3500/week - sold as full weeks only, sold with loft and 3rd bathroom only

Prime Season (@June 15th to week of July 1st, last week of August,& President's week):......$2000/week - sold as full weeks only

High Season (After Labor day to October 31th, January 1st to March 31th & May 1st to June 15th):......$1500/week, $750/ 3 day minimum, $250/day

Low Season (April 1st to May 1 & November 1st to December 15th,):......$950/week, $750/3 day minimum, $250/day
